Plugg Electric responded quick to my calls. They sent out Andrew who took care of my request and cleaned up really well after the job was done. I have had two different service calls with Plugg Electric. The electricians were prompt, did great work, and cleaned up after themselves. They were honest, thoughtful, didn't block my car in with their trucks, and asked questions when appropriate. I felt comfortable leaving them in my house while I had to run errands. Plugg Electric replaced my old electronic panel last Friday. The work was well done and it just passed the county's inspection today.
The technician's name is Andrew, and he did all the work professionally and kept the house clean. Another technician, Vadim also helped me to get the permit from the county.

I cannot sing enough praises of this company. Vadim, along with his techs, go above and beyond to make sure your needs are taken care of. In October, I had to get my old electrical panel completely replaced (per condo requirement). Vadim went the extra mile to make sure he was doing everything correctly; he came first to see the set up, then asked for the county head electrician to come see and advise on what the best set up would be. I have never heard of a technician go through such steps before doing the work!

On the specific date of installation, the tech was right on time (I wish I could remember his name). He explained what he would be doing and the approximate time frame. I stopped by my residence in the afternoon, and everything was going as expected and as explained. I noticed that Vadim himself had come and was helping out his tech. That is a great show of leadership and teamwork.

And yes, they cleaned up very well after themselves once done.

The pricing is reasonable, if anything has to be changed price wise, they let you know beforehand and give you an opportunity to make a decision. They do not rush you in making that decision right away, they do not push for the sale, as I have noticed with other companies.

Vadim was always available for any questions I had (and I had a lot). He was available by email as well as via phone. The communication between the client and business is absolutely important, and Plugg Electric focuses on that as well.

I could keep going with this review, but I'll stop and just say this. Plugg Electric is THE company to go with for all your electrical (and any other) needs. I've already recommended them to anyone looking for an electrician. You will not be sorry.
