About Plugg Electric
Plugg Electric, LLC., was established in 2016 by Vadim Paliy, after noticing that the electrical field lacked craftsmanship in quality work and safety. The passion for electricity started back in 2002 which quickly grew into a business by achieving a Master License as an Electrician (#13407). Adept in performing electrical installations, general repairs: knowledge in all areas of the national electrical code and excel in analyzing and solving problems with various electrical controls and systems with over 10 years of commercial and residential experience. Plugg Electric consists of six (and growing) employees including an office manager, a Master Electrician and four qualified full time electrical helpers.

Meet Vadim, the proud owner of Plugg Electric. With a passion for electricity ignited in 2002, he turned his dream into reality by earning a Master License as an Electrician. Together with his wife Olesya, they are dedicated to expanding Plugg Electric and supporting families. Fun fact: Vadim loves Maryland blue crabs! They love traveling and spending quality time with their three boys Lucas, Max and Alik.
Meet Olesya! With over 13 years in the dental field, she’s now embracing new challenges alongside Vadim. A devoted mom and pet lover, she cherishes the moments. Her ultimate goal? Early retirement and global adventures!
Introducing Ivan, our skilled journeyman who has been a vital part of Vadim's journey since 2017. His love for electricity has only deepened over the years, and he brings invaluable experience to our team. A proud Moldovan, Ivan loves to unwind with his wife and son when he's not working.
Say hello to Dmitry, our humble apprentice at Plugg Electric for over 4 years! Currently in his 4th year of training, he balances work with family life, enjoying time with his wife, son, and their new furry friend, Bently.
Meet Oleh, our dedicated apprentice from Ukraine! Passionate about solar panels and eager to expand his knowledge in electricity. When he's not working, you can find him hiking, traveling, or camping. Recently, he's taken up a new hobby: crafting fun rugs from scratch.
This is Edward, our go-to guy for all the dirty work! Balancing his final year of high school, he’s also the proud owner of Auto Detailing business. With dreams of wealth and success, he’s enjoying every moment of his journey. Watch out for this future millionaire!
