I thought it was a simple tripped breaker so I went down to the basement and flipped the switch. It immediately flipped back and shot out a lightning bolt. My brain told me, “This is not good…” So… I jumped on the internet and looked for a fix… all signs pointed to this problem being beyond my D.I.Y. abilities so my brain then said, “Don’t try to be a hero.” I started searching for an expert that could come out the same day and after about fifteen minutes of browsing and reading 171 glowing 5 Star reviews I ended up calling Plugg Electric. Vadim showed up at my house less than an hour later and immediately got to work! He was polite, professional, and honest and diligently diagnosed the problems resulting from very old wiring and some poorly executed quick fixes over the years. It ended up being pretty bad but Vadim gave me reasonable options and together we formed a plan to get me back up and running today (I work from home) and to address the issues in stages and make my house safe for the future.
