We recently completed a full basement renovation with GloRem, and Vadim from Plugg Electric was the electrician on the project. Vadim was exceptional from start to finish—very patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. He walked us through every phase of the electrical work, explaining how everything would function and giving helpful suggestions for future upgrades, including EV chargers, 3-way switches, and dimmers. He carefully created multiple circuits throughout the basement, including a dedicated 20V circuit for the gym and another in the storage room for my future power tools/workshop. Vadim also ensured all circuits were properly integrated with the rest of the house, going above and beyond what was expected. He’s extremely knowledgeable about the latest codes and regulations, thoughtfully placed switches and outlets, and even added extra plugs based on our layout to ensure convenience and safety. Throughout the project, Vadim was friendly, clean, and hardworking—truly a pleasure to work with.
